Payments for digital services or products must be made according to the agreed invoice or proposal.

Web Development Projects

• 50% upfront payment is required to begin all web development work. This deposit secures your project timeline and resources.
• The remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion before final delivery or website launch.
• The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable once development work has commenced.
• All source files and final deliverables will be released only upon full payment completion.

Design & Marketing Projects

• A non-refundable deposit may be required to begin work, as specified in the project proposal.
• Once a service is delivered or access to digital files is granted, refunds are generally not available.

Digital Products

• For digital downloads (e.g., templates, eBooks, courses), all sales are final unless the file is proven defective.
• Defective products will be replaced with a functioning version.

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, videos, and digital products—is owned by or licensed to Ephraim Creations and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Client Projects

• Clients receive limited rights to use designs or websites created for them once full payment is received.
• Ephraim Creations retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.
• Source files and working documents remain the property of Ephraim Creations unless otherwise specified.

Prohibited Actions

• You may not claim ownership or redistribute our materials without authorization.
• Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

To ensure the success and timely completion of your project, clients agree to the following responsibilities:

Content & Materials

• Providing all required materials (text content, images, logos, brand assets, etc.) in the agreed format and timeline
• Ensuring ownership and rights to all supplied materials, including proper licenses for images, fonts, and third-party content
• Submitting accurate information for website content, contact details, and business information

Communication & Feedback

• Providing clear project requirements, objectives, and expectations from the outset
• Responding to requests for feedback within the agreed timeframe (typically 2-3 business days)
• Designating a primary point of contact for project decisions and communications

Review & Approval

• Reviewing all deliverables (designs, prototypes, development stages) thoroughly before approval
• Providing specific, actionable feedback during review stages
• Approving milestones in writing via email or project management system

Financial Obligations

• Making timely payments as outlined in Section 4 (Payments and Refunds)
• Understanding that project timelines begin only after receipt of the initial deposit

Ephraim Creations may integrate or recommend third-party tools such as hosting providers, plugins, or marketing platforms.

We are not responsible for:

• The performance, availability, or terms of those external services.
• Any issues arising from third-party service changes or discontinuation.
• Costs associated with third-party services beyond our control.

We strive for excellence, but Ephraim Creations shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or services.
• Any data loss, service interruption, or errors beyond our reasonable control.
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
• Damages resulting from client-provided materials or instructions.

All services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the website or services if you:

• Violate these terms or misuse our resources.
• Fail to make required payments.
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.
• Cause harm to our business reputation or operations.
