1. Agreeing to These Terms

When you use or buy any service from Ephraim Digital Creations, you agree to follow these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms explain how you can use our web design, branding, and digital marketing services.

2. What We Offer

We provide creative and technical services like:

• Website design and development (WordPress, Wix, HTML)
• Logo and branding design
• Marketing designs like posters, brochures, and social media posts
• SEO and social media management
• Setting up online shops

Note: Each service’s details, timelines, and revisions will be shared in your invoice or agreement.

3. What We Expect From You

To help us work well together, you agree to:

• Send us the right content on time (like text or images)
• Give feedback or approvals quickly when needed
• Pay as agreed
• Do Not send any false or illegal content

4. Your Data and Privacy

We keep your information safe and follow Kenya’s Data Protection laws. Here’s what we do:

• Your data is stored securely
• We never share your info without permission
• Any third-party tools we use (like analytics) are handled responsibly
• We don’t sell your data

5. Revisions and Final Files

Your package includes a set number of revisions:

• Basic Plan: Up to 2 revisions
• Plus Plan: Up to 4 revisions
• Premium Plan: Up to 5 revisions

Extra changes or major edits outside the original plan may cost more. Final files will be sent in the format we agreed on at the start.

6. What You Can’t Do

You agree NOT to:

• Resell our templates without permission
• Use our work for anything illegal or unethical
• Take credit for our work without permission (where required)
• Be abusive or disrespectful in communication

7. Important Notices

Please understand:

• SEO or marketing results can vary
• Design quality depends on our teamwork and timely responses (client & us)
• We are not responsible for problems caused by other platforms (like social media or web hosting)

8. Payment & Refund Policy

You must pay 50% upfront before we start. The rest is paid when the project is done and before final delivery.

• Work begins only after the deposit is made
• The deposit is non-refundable once we begin
• You pay final payments when satisified by the work, If otherwise, ask for a revision.
• No refunds after we’ve delivered the final files
• If you have any issues, let us know within 5 days after delivery

9. Legal Matters

These terms follow the laws of Kenya. Any legal issues will be handled in a Kenyan court.

10. Updates to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted in this page. If we make big changes, we’ll let you know through our website or email.
